Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases, bookings, and engagements with CMMN (“we,” “us,” “our”) via www.projectcommon.com or any affiliated platform. By purchasing an event ticket or engaging our studio services, you agree to the terms below.

1. Event Tickets (Workshops, Gatherings, Pop-Ups)

a. Ticket Sales

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person with written notice at least 48 hours before the event.

b. Cancellations or Changes

If we cancel an event for any reason, you will receive a full refund. We are not responsible for travel or other costs incurred. We reserve the right to change the event schedule, location, or facilitator due to unforeseen circumstances.

c. Attendance

Arrive on time and check any specific access info provided by email. No-shows will not be refunded.

d. Conduct

We reserve the right to remove any participant from an event for disruptive, inappropriate, or unsafe behavior. No refunds will be issued in this case.

2. Studio Projects (Design, Branding, Interiors)

a. Scope of Work

All studio services are delivered in line with an agreed proposal, quote, or scope document. Work begins upon signature and receipt of deposit unless otherwise agreed.

b. Payment Terms

• A 50% deposit is required to begin all studio projects
• The final 50% balance is due upon project completion or key delivery milestone
• Late payments may incur a 5% fee every 14 days overdue

c. Intellectual Property

All creative concepts, designs, and files remain the property of CMMN until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client. We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio or social media unless otherwise agreed in writing.

d. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide timely feedback, materials, and approvals. Delays in feedback or payment may impact delivery timelines. We are not liable for delays caused by incomplete or late client input.

e. Project Revisions

Each project includes a defined number of revisions as stated in the proposal. Additional rounds will be charged at our hourly rate unless otherwise stated.

3. Liability Disclaimer

CMMN is not liable for any direct or indirect loss, injury, or damages arising from your use of our website, participation in our events, or engagement with our services. All participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

4. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on our website.
